LGBTQI+ Policy and Events Coordinator (Education) 6-Month Fixed Term

Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week hours per week

Place of Work: Outhouse, 105 Capel Street, with flexible arrangements for working from home. 

Salary: €36,500 - 38,000 (pro rata for 6-month fixed term)

Annual leave entitlement: 25 days pro rata

Reporting to: Education Manager

Supported by: Staff Team, Volunteers, Board of Directors

Term: 6-month fixed-term contract.

Starting date: ASAP

We are seeking a passionate and driven LGBTQI+ Policy and Events Coordinator (Education) to support the delivery of our HeadStart Fund project, focused on improving mental health supports for LGBTQI+ youth in schools. Working closely with the Education Manager and Coordinator, this role will support policy development, advocacy, and national awareness-raising on LGBTQI+ youth mental health.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in education, youth work, social impact, or advocacy and with a passion for improving outcomes for LGBTQI+ young people.

The successful candidate will have:

  • 2 years of experience in a relevant sector
