Join the ShoutOut Board of Trustees
ShoutOut is currently seeking new Board Members / Trustees to support the next stage of our growth and impact.
ShoutOut is a registered charity dedicated to improving LGBTQI+ inclusion through education. Our work focuses on delivering educational workshops in schools, workplaces, and community settings, as well as developing resources and providing training, consultation, and advice to organisations.
The Role
As a Board Member / Trustee, you will help guide the strategic direction of the organisation and support its continued development. Board members typically:
Attend 4–6 board meetings per year (evenings)
Participate in at least one board subcommittee
Attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and occasional strategy sessions
Provide guidance and expertise to support ShoutOut’s work and impact
Board members are also invited to attend ShoutOut events and engage with the wider work of the organisation.

Legal
Governance
Education
Research
Fundraising / Non-profit sector
