LGBTQ+ Inclusion Training

ShoutOut’s training workshops offer service providers of all kinds the opportunity to have an open and informative discussion about how to build LGBTQ+ inclusive environments and services. The core focus is similar to the work we do with young people – to spark empathy and educate allies who are informed and empowered. These workshops equip attendees with the insight and tools to meaningfully support LGBTQ+ students, clients, employees and service users.

In addition to our workshops, we offer follow-up support and guidance to training clients who have queries following our sessions. We can also offer bespoke policy consultation for organisations and advice on policy rollout and implementation.

Why Choose ShoutOut?

Built on over a decade of grassroots work, covering the full island of Ireland, our workshops are responsive to the emerging issues facing the LGBTQ+ community. We bring this decade of experience to your organisation through expert delivery of LGBTQ+ Training Workshops and bespoke consultation.

Our workshops cover a range of issues, and are at the forefront of LGBTQ+ teaching by adapting to recent research and current affairs. LGBTQ+ Inclusive Workplaces

Creating a welcoming and inclusive environment in your workplace is key to ensuring that everyone can perform to their best ability. We'll help you to facilitate the learning and understanding needed to achieve these aims. All of our workshops are now available in person or online, operating on three fundamental pillars:

  • Inform: Your employees gain important knowledge about LGBTQ+ issues, allowing for greater understanding and allyship in the workplace.

  • Encourage: Offering our workshops acts a key incentive for hiring and retention, showing that your organisation is open and accepting of all employees.

  • Contribute: ShoutOut is a charity, so the proceeds from your workshop allow us to provide workshops to schools.

Programmes cover topics from Leadership and HR, to Empowered Allyship in the workplace, and celebratory workshops on the history of Pride. Learn more about our workplace programmes over on our Corporate Workshops page:
